Job status and history

Every run you start in Fillwell is listed on the Recent activity page. Each row shows the job name, a status badge, the number of products, and the date.

How to check a job

  1. Click Activity in the app menu.
  2. Read the badge on the row:
    • In progress: still running.
    • Done: every product was saved.
    • Partial: the job finished, but some products were not saved.
    • Failed: the job could not finish.
    • Canceled: the job stopped early. Changes saved before the stop are kept.
    • Partially undone or Undone: some or all of the run's changes were undone later.
  3. Click the row to open the job.

A running job

The job's page starts with Gathering data…, then shows two bars, Generated and Saved. To stop the run, click Cancel. When the run ends, the page switches to the report on its own.

A finished job

The report lists every product. Filter it with the tabs: All, Processed, Skipped, and Failed. Skipped and failed rows show the reason. Beside the tabs, a link with a back arrow reads "Back to" followed by a page name, for example "Back to Set Vendor". It opens the page that made the run.

If the run did not finish cleanly, a banner at the top says why:

  • Canceled: you clicked Cancel.
  • Stopped due to insufficient AI credits: the free plan's credits ran out.
  • Stopped at your spending limit for extra AI credits: a paid plan reached its spending limit.
  • An error occurred: the job failed.

The job-finished email

When a bulk run (Bulk fill & save or Save all) ends, Fillwell emails the Email address saved under Account, Settings. The subject is Your Fillwell job finished with the number of changes applied, Your Fillwell job was stopped, or Your Fillwell job did not finish.

Good to know

  • A run you cancel shows Canceled, not Failed. So does a run that ran out of credits. The banner tells them apart.
  • Saving a single page has no Cancel button.
  • If a cancel fails, the page shows Unable to cancel.
  • The "Back to" link does not restore the filters you had when you started the run.
  • No email is sent if the job's page was open when the run ended, even in a background tab. Single-page saves and undo runs never send one.
  • Runs and their undo are kept for 30 days. After that a run leaves the list and its report can no longer be opened.
