Custom jobs

A custom job is a fill you start yourself, on the products you choose. The checks on the home page list only the products with something missing. A custom job can cover any products, including ones that already have a value. Custom jobs need a paid plan.

How to start a custom job

  1. On the home page, open Build a custom job.
  2. Under What do you want to do?, click Next on the job you want.
  3. Some jobs ask a question first, such as which metafield, which property, or which language. Answer it and click Next →.
  4. On the job's page, use the filter bar to choose the products, then click Apply. With no filter, the job covers every product.
  5. Set Mode to AI (a value written for each product) or Manual (fill the same value for every product).
  6. Click Fill & review, check the rows, then click Save this page.

Good to know

  • On the free plan the list is still shown, but the rows are locked. A banner reads Custom jobs require a paid plan. with a See plans → link. The two merge jobs stay open on every plan.
  • The filter bar has a status button, a Search and filter box and one pill per filter. Nothing changes until you click Apply.
  • A page shows 25 products. Save this page saves only the rows you can see.
  • Where a job can run over the whole catalogue, that run is under More actions, as Bulk fill & save or Save all. It asks you to confirm, then runs in the background.
  • Filling is free. AI credits are charged when you save a value the AI wrote. A value you typed yourself costs no credits.
  • If your credits do not cover the page, you see Not enough AI credits to save all requested values. and the rest stay unsaved.
  • After a save, a toast offers View, which opens that run's report. The report has a link back to the page you saved from.
  • Your last filter and settings come back the next time you open the same job.
