Reviewing and saving changes

A review queue shows one page of products and the value Fillwell will write for each one. Nothing reaches your store until you save. You can fill values with AI, type your own, reset the ones you do not want, and save the rest.

How to fill and save a page

  1. On a custom job, pick a Mode: AI writes a value per product, Manual applies one value to all. In cases where setting the same value for all products would be illogical, Manual mode is intentionally removed.
  2. Check Sources (the product details the AI reads) and add AI guidance for tone or rules.
  3. Click Fill & review. The button reads Filling… while the rows fill in. In Manual mode, set the Value and click Fill all.
  4. Review each row. Click a value to edit it, then click Done, or Clear to empty it. A pill marks each staged value as ai draft or edited. Reset puts one row back, and Reset all under More actions does the page. An empty row has its own Fill button.
  5. Click Save this page. A message such as 3 changes applied appears with a View action that opens the report for that save. A "Back to" link on the report returns you to the queue.

How to run the whole catalog

  1. Open More actions and choose Bulk fill & save.
  2. Check the confirmation step: Applies to, your Filters, and the credits under Billing.
  3. Click Run →. The job runs in the background and you land on its progress page.

Good to know

  • Filling is free. AI credits are charged when a value is saved: one credit for each product field the AI wrote. Values you typed cost nothing.
  • When a save costs more credits than you have, a confirmation opens first. On the free plan it offers Save partial page. On a paid plan it lists the Additional charges.
  • There is no approve or reject button. A row with a value is written. A row with no value is left alone.
  • Only the page on screen is saved, and the button counts the rows it will write.
  • Bulk fill & save needs a paid plan. On the free plan it is locked with the hint Bulk jobs require a paid plan.
  • On a queue opened from Home, the filter bar is your store's scan filter. A change is not saved until you click Rescan, which saves it and scans. The button reads Rescanning while the scan runs. On a custom job the same button reads Apply.
